We will regularly check your home with our home watch service, both inside and out, while you are heading south for the winter, heading to the beach or lake for the summer, on vacation, on assignment or simply away. We service all of Bucks County, including Buckingham, Doylestown, Langhorne, Levittown, Newtown, New Hope, Washington Crossing, Yardley and many more!

Basic home watch services include:
- Visual inspection of the exterior and interior of your home
- Check doors and windows for obvious signs of break-in
- Inspect for vandalism
- Inspect for obvious signs of insect infestation or pest presence
- Gather mail/flyers/newspapers
- Check fire/smoke/CO2 alarms
- Check temperature/humidity settings on thermostats
- Check for obvious water leaks
- Run water in sinks and baths
- Flush toilets
- Monthly check of appliances
- Check lights and fans
- Check breaker box
- Check water heater
Additional services can include:
- Cleaning service
- Handyman/repair service
- Concierge services, including groceries and necessities upon owner’s return
